About the Officers
Miguel Navarro, Jr; President/Business Agent - Prior to being elected as the President/Business Agent of our Local, Miguel served as a member of the Executive Board from July 2016 to June 2019. Miguel has been with the District since 2007.
Oscar Rivas, Vice President/Business Agent - Oscar has been with the District for 18 years. Oscar served as an Executive Board memberd from July 2013 to June 2016. This is Oscar' first term as Vice-President.
Allen Elmore, Secretary-Treasurer - Allen has been with the District since 2005 and this is his second term as Secretary-Treasurer.
Christopher Lusk, Executive Board-At Large - This is Chris' first term as an Executive Board member. Chris has been with the District since 2013.
Harish Dullabh, EB-Customer Service - In his fourth term as an Executive Board member, Harish serves as the voice for the Customer Service bargaining unit. Harish has been with the District since 1994.
Martha Morales, EB-First Transit (Redi-Wheels) - Marha began her career with Redi-Wheels (formerly operated by MV and other sub-contractors) in 2004. Martha served on the CBA negotatiating team for Redi-Wheels current contract and replaces Charles Jones on the Executive Board.
